Flexify is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Growth Sales team. As the Sales Manager, Growth, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Role Overview:

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the growth sales strategy, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and fostering a culture of excellence. The Sales Manager, Growth, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of Flexify.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Growth Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to the sales team.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective lead generation strategies.

  • Analyze sales performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

  • years of successful experience in sales management, with a focus on growth.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
