Role Overview:
As a key member of the Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver technical excellence and support the growth of our mid-market customer base. The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and providing pre-sales technical support.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for mid-market clients.
